I really like the easy to tune aspect about them, lighter weight than the Impact or Maverick and its accuracy is on par with both of them.

Once I spent some serious time on the M60 and Zelos triggers, I found that they were super simple to adjust once the butt stock was removed and with the adjustable blade, it soon became my favorite trigger. 1.5# became the best pressure for me, not a hair trigger but not a hunting trigger either. Very Impressive!

The funny thing is this was happening across two Zelos. So the odds of being a bad barrel is low. I'm thinking it is just the JSB Hades. I bought a few H&N pellets and some JSB Kings in different gr. Let's hope it's just the pellets.

IMG 531 is the moderator, DonnyFL Ryu with 4 adapters. Looks clean. I tried shaking and listening to any rattling - none.
IMG 525 is the end cap 1/2 - 20 UNF. There looks to be some grease and some lead dust...
IMG 524 is the Zelos muzzle end. Doesn't look like any clippings in there. Looks fairly clean.

I did clean the barrel and did a 10 shot group before going out at 15 yards yestereday. It was straight at that time. I probably went through 30 patches (Brand new) to get it clean. Could this be a scope issue? See below for my scope.

Bottles, lots of shots at higher power, cumbersome, ungainly, heavy, ugly. Tubes, light, slender, nicer aesthetics, fewer shots at high power, a lot of shots at no power. Pick your poison. My multiple bad experiences with a UX Gauntlet(s) leaves me avoiding China guns.

Being attached to the air tube, the lower rail will rotate with the tube if it unscrews. Since the air tube cannot be screwed "tight", any torque at all applied to a the rifle on a tripod causes it to cant. Early on the lower rail fixture was also around the barrel shroud. That would have eliminated the cant problem but made the barrel less "free floating." Is that why the rail fixture was modified?

The bottle/tube attachment piece can be snuggled up if you add an O-ring behind it. I did that on my m60b because the bottle could tilt and rotate. The guage was also not lined up correctly. It fixed my issue and no leaks.

Here's my test. By any means, I am not a professional. This was shot in my basement at 15 yards with JSB Hades 26.54gr in .25 caliber using all pellets even dented ones from the same TIN. Numbers listed below is in FPS using a Caldwell Chrono with a fresh battery. Please refer to the "Shot group X" with the attached photos (Target 1 & Target 2). I was aiming for a red target dot. Please keep in mind the dot may have fallen thus changing to a yellow dot due to the splatterburst. Let me know your thoughts.

From my gathering, the DonnyFL mod caused the fliers when I went hunting because I didn't have the Bravo3D baffles in. But after installing the Bravo3D baffles and using the DonnyFL Ryu, the Zelos had a better group. Best group was just using the Impulse Air IA-1350 by itself.

I think you identified the issue of the abnormal dispersion. Are you shooting off of a bag or just bipod? When I do my testing in my basement, I approximate performance by multiplying the size in the least generous way possible...100÷range x CTC in MM 1,4,5,7,6,8 even given the 6.5x crap I use will hold up. At worst a 40mm group at 100 is totally acceptable. Given it's the least generous estimation. 1,4,6 combos are what I would stick with. Those are MOA all day.

Wes has one 30 caliber high power left in stock. I have a 30 cal m60b. If I were to do it over, I'd probably get the 25 instead. It's a tad anemic without some work. With the power valve I did hit 112 fpe, but I cut the barrel down and lowered the reg to 135 bar and it's spitting 75 fpe for 4 mags now. I can still hit 100 fpe even with 6.5" less of barrel, It's just far too loud at that power.

Thanks for that input. That isn't a bad idea. But I agree, 1, 4, 6 were the tightest groups. I think I am going to leave the B3D baffles in for a decent group and the most compactness. Hopefully my next hunt, I'm not scratching my head half the hunt.
