Unfortunately I need tips on selling

I would part it out. Also I have found this to be true nearly always….when the seller starts listing the new price of everything included I already know they will be asking way too much. Accessories up the value of a used gun much less than most think.
I get that but that doesn't include the tax price either. Thats why I just went with the 75% of the list price of items for sale. Appreciate the help and I will part it out I think ultimately, I would make more off of it. Thanks again.

I would build a good backstop. And plant a privacy fast growing hedge of some kind to block the view of the new construction. Do you have neighbors on either side of you? Have they ever complained? Then keep on shooting.

I would say research what your stuff is actually worth and will actually sell for. Example…even full tins of un opened pellets aren’t “new” like the new ones you get from a retail or online source. Price accordingly. Second don’t give total D-bag answers back to potential buyers. I would have bought an fx barrel kit just recently had it not been for that.

The biggest challenge now is that the M3 just took a whopping hit in desireability because the new M4 is out. It may or may not be any better but the M4 is the new thing and the M3 is the old thing. It will be tough to recoup investment.

Could hang on to it and let inflation increase the price but that is a fools errand because inflated dollars tomorrow will worth less than today's inflated dollars now.

Between a rock and a hard place :(.
