"Unsolvable" leak, Wildcat mkii amp reg

Had my wildcat setting for awhile and it developed a leak out of the atmosphere hole. Unbeknownst to me I shot it a few times with no air.
Tore down the reg twice now and replaced all of its' orings twice and still leaks out of the atmosphere hole. I've even verified that all my orings are the correct sizes by 910airguntuners video. Where should I go next? It's getting quite frustrating now.

Hopefully Matt's right about it being a known issue someone will recognize. Meanwhile a question that might narrow in on it...is it a rushing leak you can hear or a slow, silent type?

Any chance you could have scratched one of the sealing surfaces while extracting one of the O-rings? That's a common cause of slow leaks, particularly where high durometer (90) and/or small cross-section O-rings are used.

I could hear it at first but didn't recollect hearing it after oring replacement. You may be right about your query. I did use an Allen to get the inner oring in on the main body...it did occur to me to be gentle as not to gouge it but I didn't guess a light scratch would hurt... live and learn I reckon 🤦.
So would you concur that it's leaking past the two 2 x 1 90 durometers on the "adjuster"?

Have you thought about sending it to FX USA to get resealed? The full reseal price is pretty reasonable.
