To be more suitable for bench rest shooting. Here is a picture of the extendable stock

And a template I made to make it fit more securely into the rear bag

Some walnut fig I picked up locally

Taped two pieces together (easiest way to make identical sides) & used a scroll saw to cut them

Did a little sanding

Then some drilling and counter sinking with a drill press

Also starting working on the piece for the front rest

Drilled and tapped the quick release adapter

Hand finished with a medium walnut Danish Oil

Attached the pieces to the Swift frame

And voila... I've got myself a bench rest gun!
