If only the freight division would….
. I guess they really don’t have a freight division anymore as it was bought out by a Canadian company. T-Force freight. What a terrible name 
. Oh well should boost the parcel division of fedex at least.

Where is this? I just accessed latest news and it has strike scheduled for July 31 if contract talks fail.

Maybe they should practise delivering stuff. Lord knows how much stuff they drop at wrong addresses in my tiny village!

I already have 1 package lost by them for the past 2 months. I have something coming from them hopefully Tuesday, so fingers crossed they don’t strike, and it doesn’t get lost. What a world to live in right now. Can’t even trust the mail to work properly.

Not too happy about this. I am expecting a multiple box shipment near the end of July that will end up costing me hundreds of dollars more if I have to ship it by FedEx.

the Union will not strike , bad for both sides , they will stall till the last few seconds then agree . I was in the Union for 34 years , never had a strike take place.
They will threaten , hold news briefs , headlines will predict doom and gloom . Right up to the last second if necessary . UPS knows this and the Unions know this . Period end of discussion .

Great! I'm expecting the maintenance kit for my DR brush mower about that time. Already had enough problems with DR shipping sure post and putting my physical address instead of the PO box#. The PO don't have time to look up which Po box goes with what addy and it just gets sent back. My UPS driver headed off at the pass the last shipment and we got it but if we have some manager type subbing for a real driver....... Where I live there is NO home delivery of mail in the whole area.

I depend on UPS deliveries for my daily business. I also completely support this strike.
Yep I’d have to agree with @beerthief. I just went through all this last year with the railroad. All the news hype about strikes, was never going to happen. Now as for Hollywood, let them go on strike. They not been much of a good show made since Andy Griffith and Gunsmoke………

I have the same issue here. A PO box and not mail out here in the boonies. Almost no one on Amazon will deliver to a po box. The local postmaster told
me to put my physical address followed by ### box number### on the next line. Let the post office know the situation and they will put it in a parcel locker or leave a notice in your box.
It has worked perfectly for amazon deliveries. May help you too.

We told the post master what happened and he just said he couldn't do anything about it and that it will just get sent back.
Luckily the UPS driver was on top of it and short circuited the delivery.
From now on we're going to go through the dealer up in Flagstaff which is the only one in northern Arizona. We had ordered through DR themselves in Vermont.What your PM told you won't work for our Post office.
