Ive only been with FX for 3 years - bit you are right.
I own several FX - they are easy to adjust and are not expert guns if you know a little of how a pcp works. The quality on FX is crap and a big laugh. I still shoot them since they have big power in .177 that no other brand can match. When other brands match the power Ill sell my FX.
The models with plenum or reservoir over barrel system do not have change POI - they are rigid and shoots well out of the box. Jam nut needs to be tighten though. Most other models are very sensitive to change in poi because of the barrel/liner system isnt rigid enough. That includes the M4.
My last laugh was last week - I got this quick adjust guide fx part 10293 from FX because it was fallen off my panthera. When I attached it the screw securing point was off
. Very nice work FX!
View attachment 517399 My new DRS had a loose jam nut - so change in poi untill I did find the fault. Also blew an o-ring in the valve within the first 50 shots. It did cost me several hours
FX has good marketing but poor quality control. I do not recommend them
They are not worth the money with all the issues, loose screws and overall bad quality.
