This is brand new from AGT. Yes it mounts to that 2-inch section of picatinny rail in front of the trigger. Use the original bottle guard and attach it to this rail for a rock solid system. Hope this helps. Thanks TonyView attachment 545219
Oh, I didn't know you could remove the bottle guard from the rail, that makes way more sense now, thank you!

Hmm...is the Uragan 3 compact...REALLY $450 better, more accurate, more quiet, more....... , than the Uragan 2 ?
I was seriously thinking on having all three of the (current) Uragans...but version 3 is quickly fading in the distance.

Three versions of Uragan was an idea of mine, as well. Curious if regulator is same as U2 or has it been increased like V3 HP, compared to standard V3? Also, has U3 retained balanced valve system as in U2? Same regulator as U2 leaves little incentive, no way if U3 has reverted to standard valve like V3. WM

I would say it's a different regulator.

This gentlemen had it at 140b pushing 38.5gr slugs at 885. When I had my U2 700mm I had the regulator around 160-165b to shoot near that power level, 33gr slugs at 950fps
