Anyone know how many fpe the 30 is able to produce? I’m still trying to decide what 30 to get. Not sure if the u3 is gonna be worth the price difference from the u2.

My 700 mm .30 cal U2 will comfortably make 100 fpe. Could probably squeeze a bit more out of it, but it's a good tune. Factory spring and setting, huma reg at about 170 bar.

Uragan u3 is a power house you should be able to get almost the same power with the u3in 600mm that you get in the u2 700mm .. if I where to buy I definitely go will the u3 600mm.. but my 3 U1 are shooting simply flawless.. I don't have a HP .25 so this year no but by the end of the next.. I be between the u3 600 or the Epic ONE 700mm..

16gr Griffins, going 970fps, 20gr griding going 913fps, 15gr NSA going 992fps, 13.43gr KO going 1030, 16.5gr VK 970fps All shoot extremely well!

I appreciate the information, especially the 20 grain slugs , now trying to buy the last one on Krale. I have purchased several Airguns but my card has added a bunch of fraud hoops to jump through now. :-(

On January I went hunting javalina with my Wolverine HP non regulated, shooting NSA 61.5 grain at 870 fps, that is about 102 fpe.
A chess shot on a javalina made a clean pass through. You can see the shot at may post "Some hunting Videos" in the hunting section of this forum.
Uragan 3 700 mm should shot the NSA 61.5 slugs "at least" equally good than my Wolverine.
For hunting purposes those 61.5 grain slugs is the best alternative I have found on .30 Cal. The damage they cause on tissue is huge and lethal.
It would be interesting to try those slugs in a Uragan 3 600 mm..... If they can be shot at about 840 fps, the combination of power and portability of the rifle for hunting purposes would be unbeatable !!!

Uragan 2 and 3 may get it done, but the Vulcan 3 would be a better alternative if what you're looking for is raw power.

I have the Vulcan 3 700 mm in .30 Cal, but that rifle is not accurate with slugs.... I do not know what kind of barrel it has....
I also have a Vulcan 3 500 mm in .177 Cal.
I have an old Uragan .22 that is 600 mm.
I like the size of the Uragan the must over the Vulcan 3, both 700 mm and 500 mm.

I too prefer the lower top to bottom height of the Uragans. I had a V3 .30 500mm that loves Hybrids going at 921fps, sold it to a member and he's enjoying the heck out of it. I believe it's a 2022 model so it should have the choked barrel, unsure if it's an alpha barrel or CZ
