Airgun Technologies Uragan Gen1 Questions?

I recently got the uragan gen1 in .177, had Derrick Wall tune it and he did an amazing job as always trigger is crisp and made me a custom port restrictor as I wanted it for 10fpe as my mouse gun. Man oh man 150 shots on one fill and it's a laser. I have 2 minor things I would like to tweak if possible first is the ping near my ear, it's the quietest setup I have had to date and when I'm not on it directly just to test sound I can't hear it so wondering if there is something out there to help. The other thing I would like to tweak is the butt pad would like to swap it it to something more comfortable. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I have the brother to that in .22. I really, really like the triggers in these. They have a rotary sear engagement that when properly adjusted is crazy good. There so consistently accurate too. Just silly good PCP's. Can't help ya with butt pad & mine doesn't have any offending pings that I notice. If you ever get rid of it think of me !!!! lol

I have the same gun. I’ve noticed a lot of bull pups kinda have the ping in the ear. At least all the ones I’ve own. I also use mine to shoot mice. I have a huma reg at 80-85 bar and the hammer just cranked to the bottom end of starting to feel it tention. With it lower it sounds farty. I’ve posted about it before but my gun only likes heavy pellets. Have you been able to shoot lighter ones?

Noise at your ear, can't help. I just shoot mine, not concerned with all of the various sounds.

As for the butt pad, just start looking... ONLY YOU can decide what YOU want...right ?
Look at sites with firearms, and look into the rifle sections, see what suits you the best. Be ready to do a little modifications to make the pad fit properly.

I haven't made many changes to my compact. A little trigger adjusting, lower the output pressure, and shoot away.

The recoil pad was more a question of what will work with the AGT as they use a center screw with tension and a slot. I have not seen any like this over the years. As for the noise I pick up on the tones and bugs me my V3 has a depinger so and have heard mixed comments that the U2 has a depinger so I wasn't sure if others have seen/heard of a depinger on the U1. For now I cut a magpul one and fitted it with just one screw and wrapped the bottle.
