Tuning Uragan shroud disassembly

I was able to the m14 muzzle end off as you described.

This is the end I'm trying to remove:

I made a very simple wrench to remove it using a piece of wood (a furring strip actually) and two old dremel bits.
Measure center to center on the holes in the end piece and drill out two holes in the wood for the dremel bits to fit tightly in. You only need a few millimeters of pin exposed to insert into the end cap holes.
Works great and doesn’t require heating the shroud and also doesn’t mar the finish on the end cap.

I will try to add a picture of the tool when I get home. Super simple.
edit: I have the uragan king which is not exactly what you have but it’s the same principle.

In case anyone finds this (not that my input is much help)....

I used nails in a vise as a pin wrench. Still won't budge. Heated it up with a heat gun. Tried again. Ended up bending the pins, and mushrooming the holes. Still won't budge.

It seems that some samples have more threadlocker than others.

I'm still not brave enough to fire up the torch. I'm almost certain the "nut" is anodized aluminum. But I have too much doubt about what the shroud tube's finish is.
