Urgent Help! RTI leaks at this pin opposite of the regulator.

Matthias, glad that you got the leak slowed down enough to take your friend shooting. Let us know what you find when you get it "totally" fixed.

I had something like this happening to me before and was the o-ring on the gauge, the o-ring was crushed and one small portion was blocking the air flow and the gauge was reading crazy like you are describing, check the o-ring on regulator gauge or replace it with a new gauge.

You should not need to rotate a lot to see the pressure changing

Yupp, tried adjusting the reg. Both ways. Nope.

Tried to wiggle the pin, even found an adjustable wrench in my field kit to try to turn it slightly. Nope. It changes the amount of hissing air escaping, but no stopping....

Scanned all webpages, Youtube, parts diagrams, but nope — no-one explains what that pin does....

I've got all night at my cow range, so, if you've got more suggestions — I appreciate them!

It’s the regulator shaft so keeps it all in line there’s a small o ring inside there could have moved.
