Today’s shoot

NRA/USAS-50 shot at 85 feet or 28.3333 yards using the same setup as yesterday.

I only scored a 97/100 6X because I was not reading the flags properly.

Card #2 NRA/USAS-50 shot at 85 feet using my Philippine made WS Airguntech .177 BR25 HV setup tuned for JSB 13.43gr but used QYS 9.56gr unsorted @19FPE, Vector Optics Users Group - Global Sentinel X scope, Protektor Model Deluxe BB rear bag as front rest and Protektor rabbit ear rear bag.

Score: 99/100 6X .224 scoring plug

Good shooting! I went to an indoor shoot in Luray Virginia We shoot at 50 yards.I used my Vulcan3 to shoot a 249 out of a possible 250 on my first card and a 245 on the second card. Still trying to get my first 250 with an air rifle

Great shooting as well. I believe you’ll achieve the coveted 250 soon.

The highest score I achieved during a 50 meter outdoor competition using the same WRABF spec card is only 241/250 since we are only allowed to use pellets that are below 19gr which is pretty light and gets blown away especially on 16mph full value wind. We also don’t use wind flags and 90% of the time and we base the wind speed/direction by looking at leaves/grass swaying all around.

Btw, did you use slugs for the 249 and 245?

BR50 meters with no wind flags and targets are situated below by 7°. This is common to us since we don’t have proper facilities and equipment.

I use JTS 18 grain at 930 FPS. I just swapped my RTI Prophet 1 for a vulcan3 in 25 cal . I was playing with it yesterday and it seems to also be very accurate
