Used and/or refurbished?

Basically they were warranty returns. They went back to the manufaturers service center, were tested and repaired if needed. Then they go back to the vendor. I have bought a couple and they were fine. I was squadded with a manufacture rep at a field target match a few years ago. He was shooting one from the stack that had not been tested yet. He mounted a scope on it the morning of the match and was shooting fine.

Does a full warranty apply to the Refurbs?

I bought a refurb Hatsan Blitz directly from Hatsan and it looked brand new in the original box. Not a single problem with it in the two years I owned it and got it for $350. off. I once bought a refurb Seneca Recluse from Pyramyd Air and it came to me with a crack in the stock at the wrist. It was hard to see but was in a bad place so I returned it with an explaination why and received a full refund in a timely manner.

I have bought 3 used rifles from gun forums. All arrived as advertised. I bought one refurbished from a major airgun store. The safe did not work, the loading port and trigger were full of weeds and seeds. They claimed to have test fired it and serviced it. I doubt it. But upon returning it they fully refunded my money and paid for the shipping, can't complain about that. So pay your money and take your chances.
