It's the quality of the product. The fact they are rarely on classifieds is demonstrable of that fact.

It's been there for a week or two. I have had my eye on it but really can't justify it since I already have two guns in that same role. I would really like to try one before I buy one to know for myself if it will suit my wants/needs. I would really like a "one and done" PCP.

I stand corrected on the martials. Are you saying the FX, AirArms, Daystates and other airguns are not made by real people?

The point is it’s a truly designed and made in the USA item. A true two stage drop in trigger. TJ tensioned barrel.

A few years ago I was told by somebody "in the know" that Tom is so particular about the quality of his EVOL products that he machines his own bolts to his preferred specs. Dunno if that's still the case, but if so, there's some labor/time built into the price of guns that probably isn't happening with any other gun out there.

I have no doubt about the quality of said gun. This is straight from there website today. I as one who has been in to air gunning pushing 50 years am just committing on when is the airgun arms race going to end. It is funning how many (I admit not this gun), 2000,3000 even 4000.00 guns show up on the classifieds 2 weeks old and shot 1 time for sale on a very frequent time frame. Just my prospective.

It would be nigh impossible to manufacture Titaniumm parts and not use imported material.

The threading on the moderator housing to the barrel nut is a work of art in itself, it would not have surprised me one bit if he made his own fasteners!
