IN the classifieds , the first thig i do is look where a person is (can i drive and deal face to face cash ?. If there is not even just a state , i pass on that item .
OR , if the member wants to know about a certain gun (i just happen to have two different models of ) I look up the profile i see a Blank /not even a state . i just pass , Don't want to get him all excited then find it is to far away .

I let this run a bit before adding my final thought. What I do first, is view feedback. If the feedback is good, there are many good comments, and if the seller is not a new member, then I move forward with a transaction. I have passed on ads by newer sellers, although it was what I was waiting for, for that reason alone. Thanks for everyone's feedback.

The minor issue in looking at feedback is many/most users don't post feedback after a deal. I've sold and bought on here way more items than my feedback shows, it's always been a good experience but I only have a few feedbacks posted. I just rely on the hope that my time here as well as my posts make up for my limited feedback.

Whenever I buy something from a member I deposit feedback, let them know I have done it, and request they return the favor if they wish to
Don't be shy
If you sell an item, you can remind/request the buyer to leave feedback
