USFT USFT fill port problem?

So it's been a buncha years since I was active on any of these boards. I'm resurrecting some of my shooters and selling a few in the collection safe to start up again.



Maintenence is first.


I went to fill my USFT and the fill port is leaking upon filling. I'm guessing it is an easy fix if I can find the part. Where would one acquire this part. If even possible.

I believe the USFT side-fill assembly utilizes one #005 and one #011 o-ring for sealing.

you can take it (the fitting ) to the hardware store and fit the O rings ?

005 on the inner bobbin for sure, outside threading could also be a tapered thread utilizing Teflon tape ?

Ours must have both been made around the same time.....Yours is Hunter #91 and mine's Hunter #95.

@XSUltimate picked up a black and orange USFT in the last year and seeing his, and now this one, I do believe I really like the orange/black color scheme USFTs.
