I have never seen this message before. Have any of you encountered this tracking issue on the United States Postal Service site?

Yep, it happens often. I also get daily notifications from the USPS on what is in my mail box, usually inaccurate and never tells me when packages are in there. It's sad.

I’ve had it multiple times. It usually starts working again in a couple hours to a day. I don’t think I’ve even had a package show up late when the tracking went down. I’ve had plenty show up late when the tracking was fine. I’m starting to take it as good luck!

Don't let it get you all riled up.
I bought a few tins of pellets. UPS said that the box left the shipper and would be to my door by day xx (five days later). It didn't show up. I looked on line, no change in the note. Next day, "tracking not available". three days later..."Tracking not available". The day after that last note (a full week later), the package was on my door step. With by the way, "Tracking not available still on their web page !

Very common
In the world I grew up in, it was "Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for Delivery"
Now we have it so we can see how many stops the Amazon driver has before he stops at your place. With a map showing his location.

Been fractured near 2yrs, never accurate.
Can't even call into local stations in many cities, they don't have to answer and it dumps you in the main automated nonsense.

.Thank you all. I had not seen that message before. When I checked this morning I was able to view it, but their information seems off. I’ll just be patient. I don’t need a play-by-play account of my package’s journey. As long as it arrives unmolested and within a reasonable timeframe it’s fine.
