I hope none of you are thinking that the Postal service is filled with intelligent people who love their jobs and enjoy waking up early to go to work.
Is anyone really surprised that it's getting worse and worse?
They should…..they are paid quite well, have good benefits and get a lot of days off.

Well my package is suppose to be here Monday the 3rd, if it can find its way out of Pontiac MI. Ordered it on the 13th of January from Midway in Missouri. Received a notice on the 14th that it shipped. 21 days and counting.

Yet Huma and Krale can get me something from over seas in 3 days.

See, the problem is that you complained AND you posted too much info. They’re always watching. Your name (see AGN username) and package origin is all they needed. The proliferation of home security cameras have robbed the USPS inquisitors of the anonymity needed to come directly to your door for the purposes of inflicting torture, so they now do it remotely. And boy did they remotely punish you in this instance. Since they seem to be taking the: “The beatings will continue until the moral improves.” approach, I’d follow up this post with one offering glowing praise. Maybe even throw some in for UPS and FedEx as a prophylactic measure covering future shipments. Really lay it on thick too.

In all seriousness, what happened here absolutely sucks, and you’re right in being frustrated over it. I’ve often contemplated whether or not tracking a package is always a good thing. When something like this happens, tracking openes the door for facing multiple instances of disappointment as you watch the ineptitude over and over and over in near real-time. Then when it finally shows up after you’ve tracked it almost to your front door, you don’t even get the endorphin hit you would have if you’d assumed it was lost and it magically appeared.

Last night I received an amzon order of parts to cool a compressor. Totally unnecessary mind you,
just f ing around. Anyway I ordered wrong size fitting. Ok so now I need different hose too.
So ordered more amzon stuff. It will be here tomorrow.
i can’t find my stepped drill bit to drill case. Just now ordered a set . Will be here tomorrow.
This just amazes me . USPS sometimes delivers for them. I guess I’m back to defending them ,
the percentage of delayed packages is probably minuscule. The percentage of lost probably less.

Yeah Amazon is truly amazing and why the other carriers are sitting on their thumbs scratching their heads as Amazon runs circles around them.
