Utah AG slow to ship

I was at WFTF World Championship in AZ last week and believe they were there. At least I assume so as I saw plenty of Utah Airgun shirts and stuff. I do not know them, not sure if I have ordered from them, have heard good things about them. Just figured I would throw that out there as if they were at WFTF Worlds then they were out all last week and got home Monday night and are probably playing catch-up. If they weren’t there then maybe they are just lazy.

Good customer service includes good communication. Nothing wrong with saying, "We are at X event, so as a result, there may be some delays, but we'll get back to normal afterwards, thanks for understanding."

People expect reasonable service and communication. Mysterious waiting periods are off putting and leave a bad impression. My suspicion is that the responsible manager is not aware of it, or if so, the severity of it. That being said, the transaction is between two parties; have you called them?

I would call them tomorrow. I had a conversation with them in the past on an order and they handled it immediately, over the phone.

I also had issues with a Pyramid Air order during COVID, I called them and found the problem immediately: understaffed team, and under trained workers. I cancelled my order. I took the initiative to address the problem myself - you can't get blood out of a turnip. Things are what they are, so we have to manage our transactions according to the circumstances.

Oh, Pyramid is good again, I needed to add that.

I have had both fast and slow experiences with Utah, both good and bad. They traditionally seem slow to process.
I do fulfillment for a living and am always boggled by how long it takes other companies to process orders as it doesn't have to be that way. Lots of inefficiencies im guessing. Id love to see for myself and maybe redesign their setup to make them efficient. Same with all of them, PA too.
Ive been to other fulfillment centers and see how many people they have to do these jobs...its mind boggling!
