I have been a satisfied customer of Utah Air having bought a couple of air rifles and various and sundry goodies beginning last December. I recently ordered a set of FX no limit rings which arrive with one of the screws missing. I called Utah and discussed the situation and they said they would ship out a replacement ASAP. Well, the FEDEX package just arrived, and I was thinking it would have been much cheaper just to mail it First Class with USPS, but to my surprise when I opened the box, they had included a small packet with enough screws to replace all the screws in the rings. Overkill? Not really. They sent me the signal that they have my back when I order from them. Thoughtful, to say the least.
