I bought a used panthera, that ended up needing some work. After calling and talking to UA, I mailed it to them. In less than 2 weeks they turned around the repair UNDER WARRANTY. Yep, i was expecting a $300-$500 repair bill, but all I paid was shipping to UA. The work, parts, and shipping back were all covered. Much better service than I was expecting, and half the turn around time they originally stated.
