FWIW: I just bought a fully set-up and tuned FX Impact Compact from Utah Airguns, and I could be any happier with the service I received.

I've been happy with Utah Air. Plan more business with them.
Plus you get really cool Fridge magnets in every box!

Now I am pi$$ off I did not get a fridge magnet but I did get what I ordered in 3 days so I will live without the magnet I guess

Be glad they even accept returns for parts at all!

No kidding, $17 is not a big deal!

I know all about restocking fee AOA got me a few years back .Not done any gun buying from them to this day.

They have published terms and conditions. Their terms state:



It seems like you got a deal as the restocking fee is normally 25%. Sounds like better than advertised service to me, but maybe I've misunderstood your situation.

Amazon charged me 25 % Restock and replaced the Air Compressor all in warranty
