Hello everyone,
My original thread “Utah Airguns recent purchase” is being blocked at Post #43 so that no new Post can be added, so I starting this thread.
An update to this thread. I sent Utah Airguns an email requesting a return shipping label and a full refund. I received a label and shipped the Katran back to them yesterday. I hope this will be the resolve to this issue.
I would also like to say how proud I am to be a part of this group of airgunners. Obviously a bunch of down to earth people with high moral standards and a good sense for fairness. Thank you for the kind words and support it was the major contributing factor in my decision.

I ordered and paid for a new AirMaks Katran Long air rifle ( Serial #C2152433 ) and received a rifle that was defective. After contacting your business and explaining the defect I was issued a return shipping label ( FedEx 3940 8206 0497 ) so that I could return the rifle in order for your service department to preform the required and proper repair.
I returned the rifle and when I receive it back from your service department it was damaged with three (3) bad scratches. This damage is denoted in photos #02-13-2023.5, #02-13-2023.8, #02-13-2023.9 that I sent to you via my email dated February 13, 2023.
To date you have failed to complete your obligation to supply a new air rifle as outlined in my original order.
Therefore, I request that you send to me a return shipping label to be used to return the damage rifle back to you. I also request that you give me a full refund in the amount of $1,645.72.
