I’ve always had great service from UA, but last night they took it to the next level. I was trying to order some slugs that were heavily discounted, this was after they were closed for the day. I was having a problem with payment, as it would not allow me to complete the purchase. I left a brief message, but did not expect a response until the following day. Perry, the sales manager texts me an half hour later, and then calls me. We yak for about 20 minutes, while he troubleshoots the problem. Low and behold, the order is accepted and said slugs are in route! So a big shout out to Utah Airguns, and especially Perry Bronson, you guys are awesome!! Just a small order for them, but a meaningful response for me.
