I bought my first UTG TS rated scope based on research of youtube videos and airgun forums recommendations a couple of years ago. Fast forward to last month, I noticed that the scope lost its zero on my Diana RWS 34 springer with about a tin of 500 pellets. I filed a warranty claim with UTG along with proof of purchase. They requested that I send the scope back to their office for inspection and in house tests. The company verified that the scope did indeed loses its zero and have sent me a brand new full replacement.
I understand that sometimes...the product failed due to numerous reasons...whether it's due to manufacturer's defects or just plain bad luck. But UTG's Warranty / Sales department was quick to resolve my claim and sent me a brand new scope.
I don't know if, and hope the new scope will last on my D34, but really impressed with UTG's fast response to my claim and honor of their warranty.
