UthaAirguns has provided lousy customer service on 2 orders since 1/1/23. Sending wrong product twice, advertising products that are actually unavailable, no communication on product availability or product substitution prior to shipping, creating unauthorized orders, reluctance to provide a refund or return label, no follow thru on agreed settlement. UthaAirguns only wants to offer a store credit. No thanks on that, I don't plan on shopping there anymore.
The core trouble is no communication with the customer. They may be a good shop, but you couldn't prove that by my experience.

Yes, on several occasions. There wasn't any follow thru. When an item is unavailable, the customer should be notified of that. No notice was sent for ordered items that where unavailable. No notice was sent for a substitution of items.
 
UthaAirguns called. There is was an email issue, I wasn't recieving many emails from them. Some came thru, others did not. The issue was instantly settled over the phone. I have changed my opinion, UthaAirguns customer service is good. Some businesses prefer phone conversations. I kinda forgot that. Good to remember. Many businesses nowadays discourage phone calls so much, I almost gave up on that format entirely.
