Value of testing at shorter range

Definitely! Practice does wonders! My rather short range is 20yds at an angle and I almost shoot my RAW daily and only get to stretch it's legs at my friends permissions which is usually 40-120yds for ground squirrels and starlings, the 20yd practice sure comes in handy for me! Just aim SMALL at short distances 👍, still very satisfying to hit pea sized aim points.

I do a lot of testing insdie my apartment which allows me a 10m lane to shoot.
With a smaller distance, I use a smaller target.
I shoot at these targets to test the consistency and accuracy of the pellets i use.
need to be very discrimiating when looking at the results, but you'll be able to tell what will/won't work
once you get it dialed in..shoot the center without touching the lines

Just like they said above, aim small, shoot small.

I do a crap-ton of 10m bullseye shooting in the winter, 1 shot per target, bullseye inside the center wins.

Amazingly difficult with any gun, nearly impossible offhand (for me).
Firewalker.....I have got to be THE WORST offhand shooter in this GALAXY so don't feel too bad...😂!
