Vector Tourex - windage dial stuck??

Hi, so after almost four months I finally get the opportunity to do some shooting - and all of a sudden my optics go on strike. The windage dial just-won't-budge at all!

I mean, I have not and am not really planning to use anything but fingerstrenght - too afraid using any kind of tools would only kill the scope alltogether!

Other than that I have no idea as to what might have gone wrong; I did pack the scope into a very full backpack , so it might have experienced some pressure, maybe torsion, even G-forces from tossing it up onto /taking it down from luggage racks, but definitely no direct impact, as there was plenty padding all around.

Any thoughts?

does it have push/pull knobs? pull out to adjust and push in to lock

Also might you try just loosening scope tube straps just a very little bit.

Anything you do find and are able to get it unstuck will lead you to questioning the "fix" first time you POI changes. And any "tinkering" you do could possibly void your warranty.
Box it up and send it in for repair.
Let the pros figure it out.

Seems it has push-pull locking turrets, sometimes they are rather stiff to pull up and unlock.

page 6 says pull reticle knob to adjust ,, push back in when done

Yes... I am a drunk idiot.

My manual does not mention the pulling on the knb, however, I kind of figured it out first time around. Four months later, not even my seasoned hunter friends (stone cold sober, I must add) figured it out. Well, you live & learn that you're just an idiot...
