I like the scope. I have one on my p-rod & another on my Uragon. The only problem I have is because of the fine reticle I lose my sight picture when looking into the trees. I see that the new 3x12x44ir is on Amazon with a 25% coupon. Does anyone have the new ir center dot scope? Just want some feedback before I buy.

Find one with a second focal plane reticle. It will always be “thicker” at the low magnifications.

I do and I love them. Much more than the super fine reticle cross hair that vector veyrons usually have

Six shade center dot IR is only way to go, IMO. Side dial is OFF, Shade #1, OFF, Shade #2, OFF, Shade #3, and so on. All my full reticle IR scopes wash out sight picture, Vector Veyron center dot shade #1 or 2 is just perfect, target easily visible with faint red dot superimposed. WM

I need higher magnification than 12 so 6-24x44 is my choice. Krale (Netherlands) Optical Department has Vector Veyron scope with IR, SFP and awesome MPR-V10 reticle for $176. WM

Was thinking about a compact for my Revere. Had some vectors in amzon cart.
Then see this post, haha $50 off. I wouldn’t have even noticed I’ll bet.
got the 3-12 x44 sfp. Another thing I never heard of till this week now have 2 in the mail.

For a compact scope I really like my 6-24 Veyron. It seems like the magnification might be a little less than 24, however (noticeable only on targets) and the turrets are good but not great. I have the SFP version that is about $200 delivered from Europe so it is indeed nice for the price. If the pricier FFP have equivalent turrets I wouldn't feel the same way.

I just got my Vector Vevron -6-24-44 Ir Second focal plane with the mil grid christmas tree recticle..I ordered from alliexpress i think $164.00....I am very impressed with the optical clarity and recticle...I also order a Monstrum Challanger 5-30x56mm ffp mild grid ..The Monstrum does not have near the optical clarity of the Vector Vevron...That being said for $165.00 i think the Monstrum is going to be adequate for my .510 Texan in a hunting scope...
