Have been strechting the Taurus legs out this week. 400yds, 165g .357cal MrHP. 10 inch steel plate,

That’s awesome. How many shots did it take you to finally get on target? What kind of percentage were you hitting that plate? And last and not least, what was the drop from centerline at 400 yards with a 357?

Honestly about 20 to get scoped dialed in has 100moa built in, was shooting 165g and figured the drop was 29 feet at 400 yds. the target is actually a bit lower than the shooting bench so not a straight line not bad for an air gun IMHO. Would like to tighten up the drop but I dont hunt past 200yds with the Taurus. Once she was dialed in you can see the double taps on the plate. Out of each ten shots were hitting 7 ouit of 10.

accuracy for a airgun at long range. Is that the factory barrel? Wow nice shooting!! Its hard to see your hits at long range. I could spot hits at 330 yards with my 50 Texan tried to shoot at 620 yards couldn't see impact s. Do you shoot with a spotter? Is that the factory barrel? Did you polish the bore? Yes factory barrel, polished, recrowned and slight change to lead in. Usually with friends and someone aleways has a binocular and the scope is darn clear even at that range. I will post pics of the range here shortly, Friend of mine set it up on his property just down the road. It is perfect place for testing and slamming targets with the Taurus.
