Tuning Vertical grip with Sabre Tactical bag rider on FX Impact

I shoot right handed and my right wrist was shattered in a car accident in 1981. I believe a more vertical grip would be easier for me to grip. Problem is, sometimes I shoot off a rest, so I need a bag rider on the gun as well. For all its virtues, the rear buttstock of the FX Impact does not work well in a gun rest where the buttstock sits in a vee. Does anyone know of a vertical grip, preferably narrow, that will work with the Sabre Tactical bag rider?

I tried the vertical grips, and they actually were more uncomfortable for my wrist. I ended up with a fab defense grip that has less of an angle that the factory grips, but not quite zero degree. It’s also not as bulky as the ergo grips. I liked it a lot!

I also use an Anarchy Outdoors vertical grip. There are several variations. It comes in right or left hand, different sizes, has a small palm shelf and a thumb rest. It’s very comfortable. I cut a slot in mine to get it to work properly too and it’s surprisingly stable. The owner of Anarchy Outdoors gave me a 5% off code to share with the air gun community when I bought my first grip and told him it was for an air gun. That was a couple years ago but I think it still works. A friend used the code a couple of months ago. It’s not a lot but it helps. The code is “friends”

Have a good one. Stoti
