Taipan Vet 2 tactical

Just got a vet 2 tactical from Tony at Talon Tunes put a ergo 0* grip on and a element helix and shot it at 11 yds to get basically sighted in. Today i took it to 100 and did this with 33.49 jsb slugs in 25 cal going 960 fps. If your looking for a slug gun, its not the prettiest but here you go it shoots! Circles are 7/16” and 1-3/8”
Oh and 80 shots on the reg!

I bet if you looked around on the "all other equipment" page, you could find somebody that could 3D print one for you. And ask Tony. I know he had some 3D printed parts for the original Veteran.

Had this out today to sight at 45 yds and check drop @100. Put 9out of 10 in an inch and three eights! From bucket and styx.! Really impressed with how well this shoots slugs!

I got a pest bird at 134 yards with my .22 II 700mm using JSB slugs. Very easy to hit pests at that range plus with this gun and slugs. The slugs are KO .218 25.39 grains. I have a Hawke Frontier scope on this gun and just got a Vet II 550mm in and will mount a Hikmicro Alpex 4k LRF on it. Theses guns are extremely solid and very quiet with the stock moderators that they come with.

The CZ barrels without a choke (or light choke) do very well with both pellets and slugs.

I myself just sold my 700mm and just got a 550mm. Very solid build and the size of the 550mm I like it much more. Of course the 700mn is a solid hammer!

Pffdi- What fps are you shooting that KO at?

That's looking awesome! I'd likely buy a Vet 2 for slugs if I was really looking for a good slug gun. I will say my Vet 1 .22 Long is doing amazingly well with VK XLHP 22gr slugs and JTS 18gr pellets. Mine has a very very slight choke almost nothing and the best gun I've owned for slugs so far.
