Video Shooting an Exploding Pellet at a Can of "Flammable" Compressed Gas

Since it has been raining consistently lately, and everything is soaked, I decided that it was time to try something I've been wanting to do. Shooting an exploding pellet at a can of gas that said "Flammable" on the side.

To preface this, the can was mostly empty before I tried this, because I didn't want some huge fireball. Anyway, here is the link:

Obviously, from the video, it didn't "flash". This surprised me. The pellet passed completely through the can.

interesting , next time take a strike anywhere match taped to the can and light the match with the pelet ?

LOL! Too True! Or have a candle burning behind the target... To Be Honest, I thought that a regular pellet would make enough of a spark to ignite the gas, but decided to "go for it" with an exploding pellet. I know there was a spark at the impact point, but perhaps since there was pressure going out, it extinguished the spark. Obviously the difluoroethane that is inside the can isn't all that combustible.
