Vladan Paunovic, Fx Impact power upgrades, [email protected]. refund issues?

I am from Yugoslavia initially, after the big breakup my home city belongs to Serbia now. All hour families and friends there, we talk weekly, I am ocasionaly following the news and media. This year everywhere around a globe all we got a big hit, but especially there in Balkan countries the environment is getting highly complicated. Just anything what can go wrong - it is happening to them.

my story about power upgrade and problems with Vladan Paunovic.
I contacted Mr. Vladan in mid-February. I ordered and paid for a power upgrade for FX impact MK2 .25 and he told me the parts would arrive in 10 days.
After 15 days i contact him again to inform him that i have not received the parts and to ask him to send me the trackin number. after a couple of days I received an email from Mr. Vladan “my mom got a stroke and I didn’t get to make the parts but in a couple of days I put everything together and send it ” after that the email communication stopped completely and no longer responds to my emails.
Shortly, after more than two and a half months I still haven't received the parts, nor the refund.
Is someone has contacted Mr. Vladan in the last month and a half?

Is there an alternative to Vladan´s external plenums and is it someone else modifying valve housings? which I can buy

Just get a power plenum kit, I dont think the external makes any more power. Even if it does its marginal.

I have the power plenum edition of the MK2. Is aware that there is marginal difference, but it will help bring down the reg pressure for more shots per fill. And still have the speed I want in my hig cal gun. But is there not someone else making these? I'm not that keen on ordering from him after reading this thread...

Just wanted to let you know that this was not the case for a me and a friend
Back in May I agreed on a order with a titanium plenum and a valve house and I sent 250€ to Vladan with paypal
After that he became silent and did not respond mail or any PM's via SO ME, but I could see that he was active on some SO ME
After more than a moth of silence I created a fake mail account and asked if I could buy a plenum, he responded the same day and said no problem, please paypal me....
Then I contacted paypal and asked what to do and they asked me to create a dispute where they locked the 250€, then he responded that his mail has not worked because his mailbox was full, and he asked me to close the dispute/case, but I then told paypal support about my fake mail where he responded and they closed the case in my favor and I got my 250€ back
If you end up in the same situation with him, do not close the case/dispute when Vladan ask you too, if you do its bye bye money and he know as paypal have had a few cases/disputes on him
Unfortunate my friend never got his money back
