As for me...Gauntlet .177 is to me very quiet by itself, but I saw it shoot with a Sumo and it was exceptionally quiet. But I will surrender the floor to the experts!

Is a Sumo silencer..."stock form" on a Gauntlet ?

Actually, the BSA Defiant (.22) is very quiet with the original, or "stock" silencer. By far, the quietest gun of six that I have. 

Though I did remove it and install a (Donny) Tatsu to shorten the overall length..!

A 177 Marauder straight out of the box doesn't even come close to being second!

THIS 1900psi fill 177 Maximus backed down to ONLY 12fpe is definitely FAR FROM STOCK. Like having a V8 and pressing the gas pedal with your little pinky toe.

I guess I have a tie between my Veteran Standard with Donny Sumo, and a standard power Red Wolf, also with Sumo. In terms of muzzle report, the Veteran is probably quieter, but the lack of mechanical noise in the Red Wolf makes a difference. In totally stock form, it would be my HW100.

The quietest is a rapid that I modified for my grandson to honour a promise I made on hearing the news of recovery from a long term illness.

Sub12fpe .177, modified reg, custom valve, ssg device, lighten hammer with silent pip, ptfe hammer support sleeve to stop metal to metal contact and a custom 35mm carbon shroud.

Either one of my DAYSTATE electro guns .... have a MK3 in .20 with big AZ shroud and PIP on striker ... near silent. Other an Aiwolf in .20 with a 2 step Niel Clague shroud / ldc combo ... Click is about all you hear

I've got a Brocock Grand Prix that is pretty quiet with my DonnyFL Tanto on it. Believe it or not the quietest shooter I ever didn't hear was a silenced 9mm PB shooting subsonics. It just went "tick". But all I can hear when I shoot the Grand Prix is the hammer spring bouncing back and forth and a sort of a whosh sound of air escaping the Tanto.
