Having bought a lemon once before I now insist on a shot string prior to acceptance.
My dealer was happy to do this.
Straight out of the box with JSB kings

Looks pretty normal for a new gun.. the first shot is low due to reg leak down or temperature fluctuation and completely normal.. it will tighten up with a tune and as it runs in..
