Vulcan 3 .30 with dnt 5x20 lrf

I am wanting to get a vulcan 3 in .30 long to shoot slugs and im liking the dnt 5x20lrf the vulcan 3 has a 20moa built in rail will that be sufficent to get me out to 150 yards with crosshairs relatively centered would also be plinking at 25 to 80 yards im just wondering if ill need an adapter to keep a good sight picture relating to crosshairs

I have exactly what you are getting but with a Riton 4-32x56. I have the Zulus you want on a .25 and the DNT TNS 226R on an EVOL 30. I can easily hit the steel targets at 235 (my range limit) consistently and not bad grouping. The gun/scope combos are way better than me so a good shooter could whittle them down.

Saying that, I use the 3-12 LRF way more for < 70 yard shots due to a wider FOV.
