@JaceSpace1369 Can you elaborate on how your suggestion corrects the issue?
Based on the articles I've read the only way to really get rid of the ping is to turn the tube around. Even with the depinger which many if not most Vulcan 3s have, it does little to no difference when it's in the full power side. The only people who I've read not having the ping issue from are those not using the vulcan with the tube on high power side. My gun has an intact depinger and it made no difference. I swapped it over to my buddy who doesn't mind the ping.

Alejandro,
My Vulcan 3 .30 came with full power setting and factory installed depinger, loud twang when fired. Been told depinger only works in

lower power mode. Picture came with V3 Manual showing depinger install. Manual also depicts changeover from high to low power configuration. WM

I considered one of these guns. The mag. is too short though. Won't handle a long enough slug for me.
I would make these changes if I did get one.
Make and install a balance valve in it.
Open the valve throat and poppet size.
Lower reg. pressure and install a much lighter hammer spring.
Would be very quiet, easy cocking with more power available than stock........... and no ping.
Maybe the V-4 will come this way with a much deeper magazine.
