Vulcan gen 1 .177 was leaking replaced all o rings now it shoots about 1/3 power . All transfer ports lined up correctly any ideas? Need help!

Hammer spring tension not set, or if you rebuilt the regulator that might need to be adjusted. I have a first gen Vulcan. Pretty simple. Take it apart and go through it again. There are a few good videos floating around out there as well.

Make sure the barrel is aligned properly for the transfer port and that the air cylinder and breech block are mated all the way.. broken valve stem possibly as well.
