Wait time on Huma reg to USA?

As everyone know and seen. There are crap loads of threads about fx impact/crown reg creeps. I purchased my impact x in jan 2019. When I got it, it would creep like 5 bars over night. Ppl said new reg needs to break in. Now 4-5 months later and 4 tins though it and it creep like 10 bars now. I took reg out, clean and lube and double stack washers. Nothing help so I finally give in and bought a Huma reg on 4-18-19. Been almost month wait now. No tracking number. I don't even know if it was shipped on not. I received this email that tell me to go to their site and give a review on their Huma reg. How can I give them a review when I haven't even got it or know where it's at since no tracking. Anyone know how long a wait from Huma to USA?

I got mine in 6 days... it was ordered on April 16th and delivered on the 22nd

I have ordered 2 from Huma and it took around 10 days each. Both were for Marauders. A month seems awefully long. I would contact them and ask.

Hi impact x. In the picture you post above you can see down “support page”.Open it and you can see what you need to do if you didn’t receive your order. Is very easy. They will reply you same day. I live far from Holland ( Resident in Middle East) . I place to them two orders so far. The first time I receive my order in two weeks. The second time the packet delayed 4 weeks. I open the “support page” and I informed them. They checked it and they replied immediately. Finally my order was already 5 days in the local post but I didn’t receive message like the first time. I hope this will help you and everything is fine with your order.

I ordered one for the impact. It got lost in the transit. I got tracking details from the courier service saying it was sent back to Huma. They sent me a replacement within two days. So contact huma directly.

Ok thanks guys. I'll contact Huma. Be nice if they would of just give tracking and shipping confirmation so I know it was shipped and when it would be arriving. I ordered it and no tracking or confirmation. So have no idea if it was even shipped.

I always got tracking and confirmation when I ordered mine (2) and took about two weeks

When ordering direct from HuMa in NL ... orders generally take 2-3 weeks to get here & clear customs. ( West coast USA )

Always been forwarded a tracking number which is generated threw GERMANY POST & traceable once into the USPS system.

Ok I never got a tracking or confirmation. I used the contact form and they replied back something went wrong and will ship it out after the weekend. Now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks..aww man. Oh well as long as I get it.

I’ve bought items from Huma at least ten times over the past three years. It always takes about 2 to 3 weeks to California.

I just ordered directly from from Huma and I received my regulator in under a week to the east coast.

Takes 3 weeks to me every time on the right coast. You should cancel and buy from Trenier here in the USA if you want it fast.

I have ordered several times from Huma all showed up 6 to 10 days after order. I did an order on the 8th of this month and it shows out for delivery today. I live on the west coast.
