Tuning WALTHER LEVER ACTION

I have a question, This air rifle is a lot of fun and I have owned it for several years.

My question is has anyone had an issue with the fore stock sliding forward down the barrel?

Mine has done this for awhile. I tried tightening the barrel band screw but that does not do it.

Any suggestions on how to repair this issue.

If it’s the barrel band that holds the forearm in place, couldn’t you just put a shim inside the barrel band? If that is the case, I myself would probably try some of the metal duct tape.It seems like there would be some kind of easy solution.
