Are the Walther LGV master Ultra [Europe] and the LGV Competition Ultra [USA} the same gun?

As far as I know the Competition Ultra has the adjustable cheekpiece and heftier stock and fiber optic sights-
And the Master Ultra has a slimmer stock and iron sights. Other than the stocks and sights I believe the actions are Identical.
The LGVs seem to be disappearing from the online retailers for some reason-maybe the price?

I was getting ready to make the move on the LGV, but the price and they don't seem to selling, and by the time you put an aftermarket trigger, you are around 7 to 800 dollars without a scope i passed and ready to go for the HW 97
