Yes use a touch of Teflon grease, seal safe, or Pellgun oil on the seal...Old post thread but i will add anyway . just picked up a Walther LP mod 3 at the NY show , no papers just the gun and a Walther hard case .
do you oil it any where ? the gun seems to pump very easy at the start but harder at the final bit of the stroke . I have found no source for the manual .

It's only to wet the seal. I found a good Teflon grease doubles well for lubricating the metal on metal of the piston and confirmed safe with alloy on alloy contact...
Do not go anywhere near it with Moly as this is for springers and will just crud up the valve.
