Walther LP3 barrel weight ?

The barrel weight was in the form of a barrel clamp on the 53 but there is only one place to have weight in a LP53…it was never at the end of the barrel.
The only benefit i ever found, was by employing a larger rear guide for a HW30 spring but made from solid steel..
Perfect place to have the weight in the grip to combat the upward shunt of the piston….
Checking all my records there was no weight for the LP3
