But where to get them, most companies i find only sell like 100 min or even 250 for some sizes, and that is a bit more than i want to horde something i will not use very much.
And locally it seem even harder, which is just freaky to me even when i mean local as in the EU territory.

Where do you guys buy O-rings like 25 / 50 for a given size ?

Thats also what i thought, but after just adding 6 sizes, the price was substantial.
That's why I went crazy on the kits. 95% chance I have the oring I need in one of the kits. Really tiny orings or oddball sizes I buy as needed. I HATE waiting for parts. I have shelves full of springs, orings, screws, rings, fittings, adapters, bottles, regulators, chemicals, hoses and various special tools.

I have a fairly large spreadsheet, I take the o-ring sizes from the airgun BOM (bill of materials) and copy paste over.
Always ordering in batches of 25 or 50, sometime I duplicate the same size in NBR70 and NBR90.
I think I have over 80 dimensions x25 (or 50) that is about 2K o-rings in my drawers, sorted by guns.
Every time I disassemble any gun, I never put the old o-ring back, I replace immediately. Never had a leak in years.
My best supplier is oringsandmore, shipped from US to Canada.

And guess what?
Today I wanted to refill my tank with YH, which was sitting since about Oct last year. I blew the green check valve o-ring on second stage block and doesn't wanna build up a pressure. Searched and I could not find the exact same, I just put in the closest 5x1.5 but I know for sure that won't seal. Now I am looking for the YH drawing to extract some sizes and place the order.

So, no matter how many o-rings we have, never enough :)

Einstellungen,,,,, now that’s something i can handle :D, did not pop up in my duck duck go searches,,,, maybe i should use google again,,,,,, NEVER
Haha ja,

ich use Startpage.

Its relatively "based", keeps your data safer than the others yeah....

I removed duckduck exactly because if this, it seem to find not good results especially in gun related themes.

I would be interested: which type of o-ring sets did you all use? I use this sort of set:

Is there a set others can recommend?

Without having checked every single one, there is 1 O-ring size and hardness that is shared in between the Epic airguns Two and a FX DRS.
SO ! i got 50 of those CUZ it is probably also in my Maverick somewhere ( not breech O-ring though i would assume they are the same size too )

The Two in its adjusted part of the valve have a 5x1,75 NBR 90 O-ring, the problem is i can find very few 1.75 in 90 shore, but i can find 1.78 mm
Fortunately this is the sort of bump stop O-ring on the valve stem, so not really a sealing one,,,,,, i have managed to blow one of those i think with way to aggressive hammer settings.
I now go for the most relaxed hammer setting setup, meaning from the get go i am dialed so far back that even at 56 BAR the valve can not be cracked by the hammer.

Thank god i do not have very many friends, or family for that matter, it seem i am often elevated to resident expert on some matters, but while i do like to help people it also frustrate the hell out of me when people are not even trying with fairly basic / simple stuff.

THX kindly for the offer @Dirtnap , but i do have a complete O-ring kit for the Maverick + spare regs ASO, the mentioned DRS is my friends rifle, not rebuild kit though, so if the valve go sour in the Maverick i will have to go shopping sooner or later ( dont really use the Maverick much these days, looking to buy another bulpup to replace it on active duty )

My friends DRS he got 2 hand i assume is a year or so old, it like my Two have already eaten 1 set of the O-rings on the fill probe, there must be some sharp edge in there on our rifles. ( though both of our fill probes slide in place very nice and effortless )

I have dealt with the problem on my Two in that i do not remove the fill probe any more, look a bit silly as it is way out in the front of the air pipe on the two, but i dont really ogle my rifle much and when i shoot i am hooked up to my 9L bottle so have learned to live with the tether there.

I have one of those waterproof phone cases, i think i will remodel that to a spare to go O-ring kit that can be permanently in my tank bag, i do also have spare O-rings following each of my rifles in the case, so always rubber at hand.
But also always nice to be able to help out a fellow shooter in a pinch,,,,,, Picks ASO is also part of my range kit.

Oring have been a problem for all of us for as long as we have needed them
they want 4 buck for a factory Oring we can buy 50 for 7 bucks and the conclusion is buy the bag of Orings
now if you are in this game long enough you will have your own Oring store to source from
have you wasted money well maybe but i damn well hate paying 4 bucks for a 8 cent Oring
now i have used the Oring Store for years and their ship was about 4 to 5 bucks but when it became almost 10 bucks i went sourcing for somewhere else to buy but the search for Orings is an ever-challenging deal
some time you just bite the bullet and spend the money and of course the metric rings are the hardest to find i odd sizes
i have been chasing Oring for 20 years

got just about 600 O-rings on order.

Worst part shipping cost more than the O-rings, i get that often from the US, if i buy " cheap " GD 31.5 USD in shipping,,,,, i assume for a padded envelope.
I highly suspect gouging in the form of shipping. I sold a few DreamTac mags and they cost $1.00 ea to ship in a 4x6 envelope, using a business postal weight device.
