Probably waiting for the trade shows. Most companies wait to release info on new models till SHOT or other big shows. That is if it isn't just a pipe dream?

What makes anyone think it is even being developed?
in the meantime, if Ernest can make a 30 cal Mutant Shorty, I am sure he could make a 25. If I had a standard, I might be tempted to go that route (the shorty has a small cylinder for a 50 fpe gun).
