I own 2 Hatsan's. A Velox is on it's way.
If you want a good gun right out of the box, don't buy a Hatsan.
Have the more expensive PCP'' like AGN, FX, HW.
But also cheap Snowpeak, Artemis,Gamo.
Tje Chinese guns a far better then the ones from Turkey eight out of the box.

If you want a decent low cost pistol check out the Artemis pp700sa. We'll made , simple , accurate and feels good in the hand .

Yeah, the whole idea that you need to pretend a product isn't bad just because it's cheap is wrong. There are lots of guns out there that are both good, (or at least decent), and affordable. None of the Jet variations are among them. It's just a badly made gun.

That is a nice looking pistol. Is that a UTG rail on top? What dot did you go with? How is the trigger?

The rail is a low profile from Amazon. I ordered 3 different ones for 25 bucks to have on hand . The trigger , on mine, doesn't break super crisp and has a little too much drag . I changed my pull help get through the drag section quicker. Its not terrible and I haven't made any adjustments yet . The accuracy is what really surprised me with the right pellets and it doesn't do bad with CPHPs. Here's a couple of 15y groups off a bag . I've been putting a lot of pellets through it and having fun . I will try to leave it as a pistol instead of a carbine. The regulator does a good job but the first shot after setting is a little hot . But for $230 I really like it .

My trigger is great.
Polished everything. Get rid of the spring for the first stage. Changed the second stage spring for a softer one.
So now it is a smooth 1 stage trigger wich breaks very light.
