WARNING POSSIBLE SCAMMER ALERT SO NOBODY ELSE GETS POTENTIALLY SCAMMED

Just saving any member here from getting in a messed up situation like I was from Dan Carpenter who is posting on AA Classifieds for a $1950.00 high power 22 RAW HM1000x he apparently won't ship once he gets paid and i sent him $1650.00 last month. Haven't received anything and already a month and last week I asked for my money back since he is on lockdown and can't ship till it's all over. Then No answer to phone nor text. I can't access AA from my phone to post a warning there. Anyone know Brad Troyers email??? I have to warn him to add Dan Carpenter to the BEWARE list before he victimizes someone else. YO!

I don’t know how he’s still on any site. He sold a Scandalous rifle that wasn’t his to sell. 
That’s a fact as the guy he sold it to, called the builder asking for a custom stock. 
John asked him for the serial # and low & behold, it’s the missing rifle.

When I texted asking for tracking at about 2 and a half to 3 weeks still no EdgunR5m received he says he's on lockdown can't ship till it's over. Who knows maybe next year it's over. Do I wait that long so he asks if i wanna buy his RAW too and he can ship both when he goes to the Doctors the following week. I ask why don't we finish our first deal then I can buy his RAW. I wouldn't mind a 50fpe RAW so I told him send the Edgun by end of that week he go Doctors send tracking or send PayPal f+f for my refund and I can send payment again later when he can ship the Edgun. I still want it but not be put on hold like this with my money with nothing to show for and most importantly I'm buying more Airgun stuff because of this lockdown to have more toys to play with in the mean time. I gave him till last Friday for proof of shipping or PayPal refund then nothing no reply no contact then he posted the RAW today. Still refuse to reply to me nor answer my phone calls. YO!

If you can locate the guy would it be possible to have a sheriff go talk to him? Collect your money back I don't know if that's possible. Seems like there should be some recourse. Justice of the peace. Bounty hunter local contract killer (only kidding of course). If he has a history of this it might get some one's attention. Worth a try????

File charges. The last text is enough to constitute theft. Having interacted with him on social media in the past I wouldn't be suprised if his local leo's are well acquainted with him.

Honest people do not find an excuse not to give money back if they did not live up to their end of the bargain, even if the deal goes south or turns into name-calling.
