I've recently started thinking about a "new to me" airgun. I recently bought a used FX Wildcat MK1 and I know it is well past it's warranty. But I'm now thinking about either a used RTI Prophet or Maverick. Can anyone confirm if the warranty is transferrable on either one and how long they are warrantied for? Also where would the Prophet have to be shipped to if it needed service?

Buy the Prophet in confidence. They are as reliable and solid as a rock so there’s no need to worry about a warranty. I’ve got well over 10k through my compact and a few k through my LR and have had zero problems with either. Can’t say the same for the multiple FXs I’ve had and sold.

Any FX air gun manufactured after 2017 has a 3 year warranty. It is transferable to any private party(you) so long as they can furnish proof of purchase and a purchase receipt. Without that, no warranty.
I have no idea about a Prophet, never had one.
