reviewer knows his stuff and presents it well, good shot too.as an owner of several diana,s the rifle presented has a refined look and excellent accuracy, quality engineering and historically high rsale value.generally not do it yourself friendly. My concerns would be just as my beech stocked springers do not weather moderate use without serious impact evidence, so too is synthetic even lighter, but, infinitely tougher. As a pcp there are no mechanical durability issues with synthetic stocks, as appear so often in springers with plastic handles.Further probes seem an avenue for dirt to enter your valves,o-ring displacement ,loss .Sidelevers add leverage and ease cocking effort are more complex and exposed.the magazine issues are serious impediments as well as cost would be qualifiers for me.I would say both my maxi hunters will stay right next to it at one hundred yards.fortitude has yet to arrive.I cannot believe, few can how rapidly the standards in airguns are changing, but I believe that a long term approach should be pursued when engineering a system with virtually an unlimited lifespan.
